- Universal Life Force Energy. This noninvasive healing modality is performed by placement of the hands on the body while the recipient is fully clothed. Reiki energy is sent through the practitioner to the recipient. The practiocioner is merely the conduit. Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Kristin Nilsen is a certified Usui Reiki 2 practitioner. She is currently offering 3 types of reiki healing sessions.
Sessions will be held at Young Wellness Center

Reiki knows no miles and is very effective virtually. During our distance session you will get comfortable and settle into a place where you can be relaxed & undisturbed for 30 minutes. I invite you to start meditating or simply take several deep breaths as the session begins. I will be sending reiki energy to you during that time. Afterwards, I will call you and see how you are feeling, and let you know if I picked anything up intuitively that needs to be shared.
Integrative Reiki In Person:
This non invasive session uses Universal Life Force energy to clear, heal & align the energy centers of the body (chakras). It is performed by placement of the hands on the body while the recipient is fully-clothed. Full moon charged crystals and aromatherapy are also used to aid in restoring & recharging your energetic body. We will address any energy chakras that seem stagnant during the session and how you can promote movement and balance. The ultimate goal of reiki is balance of mind, body & spirit.
Integrative Reiki Session + Chakra Nourishment Consultation:
-Reiki energy healing
-Chakra clearing & balancing using crystals & aromatherapy
-Chakra nourishment consultation: Each chakra has super foods associated with them that aid in balancing & alignment. We will discuss which chakras of yours could use support based on our session and then consequently what foods/menus would support alignment.
